Each core blast will fly you through safe technique progressional exercises focusing on how to correctly engage & control the core on our AFB straps. 

 

Once you feel proficient with AFB 1 you can fly up to AFB 2 - AFB 3 -Allowing you to have the freedom in your own development.

Our core blasts are a fun, challenging, time efficient series focusing on strengthen your abs, core control & achieving new creative bodyweight skills.
